Most of the clients just upload their photos and that's all. They say nothing about their requirements for what needs to be done on the photos so we have to guess, spend much more time and make unnecessary changes later, which could have been avoided if customers had said what they wanted in the comment field at the beginning.
I think it would speed up the work process, improve it and make things easier for both retouchers and clients.
